im new to tcl
what im after is a script for just 1 channel, where operators type a simple command like "-on"
and i wish for the eggy to add that users nick into the topic on that channel, without removing the
ones that have already done the same. aswell as a "-off"
to remove that specific user,

i hope you catch a drift of what i meant.
