Just remove them yourself, it's not difficult. I am also getting the same error

Yeah I did remove them from my script (It created a massive uproar on my channel when the bot started swearing like that, simply suggesting a small tweak for future versions
It's good to see i'm not the only one getting the error. _________________ http://www.dalnetdebates.com/ |

Thanks, I would suggest though removing the swearing from the script, maybe just put something like "outoforder" or something less offensive?
Some of the outputs really come out very offensive. Results like urinating or defecating at your "yoursister" or "yourmama" ... it's really rather inappropriate I think for a script as professional as this. |
I did remove them. If you use the link from my last post before this one where !fight is discussed and new abilities revealed this is demonstrated. This was not a bug, or some error, it was made to insult the troll who was !f you vs you and getting a tie result.. When an update occurs that isn't merely correcting something so simple, the new version will contain this corrected !fight, as well as similar behavior added into !ebayfight allowing domain-specific fights for it as well.
Explaining a bit, the cursing only came out when the fight came out a draw, both results being the same. This has been changed now, there is no more cursing and you can now arrange a fight between, say, English muffin using the British .co.uk server vs grapefruit and toast using the American .com server by simply typing !f .co.uk english muffin vs .com grapefruit and toast. This makes fights much more interesting...
You can verify indeed that this is using each respective countries server (isn't just using some modifier such as site:blah.blah) by using the debug of this script and watching the url's messaged to your debugadmin whenever !fights are queried.
Also, there may be a way around the google 'sorries' as I will implement a google proxy system allowing you to configure proxies for use with google searches. This way should allow usable html to be parsed rather than the standard 'sorry' page. _________________ speechles' eggdrop tcl archive |

I was wondering if you could impliment thepiratebay as one of the engines used when searching for torrents. Perhaps you could add what search engine you'd like to use much like the way google is working atm. You can choose .com or .co.uk or any other google TLD to perform your search. So rather than have just !torrent <query> you could have !torrent <engine to use> <query>, say, !torrent tpb xfiles movie for example of a torrent search using ThePirateBay.org engine. I think that would add a more broad scope on searches. TPB also has porn links which are not visable to guests but are when you login to the site. Although, thats not a huge problem anyway, it'd just be nice to have another search engine for torrents rather than solely relying on mininova to display results... sometimes TPB is the better option as i see more seeders and less dead torrent links there. _________________ No Haters, No Spies, Just the love 'tween my thighs! |

| Currently Google Translate don't work with Japanese and Chinese (and maybe more Asian languarges) texts because script use Lynx's User-Agent string. When translating from English to Japanese Google returns some weird result which I unable to decode. Switching to Opera's User-Agent solved this problem. Google Translate started to return answers in pure UTF-8 which are easely can be encoded to user defined charset. |

| Code: | 11:08:39… @Joori: !g define: experiment

Works for me buddy, on both versions. The snippet you see is from the latest 'y' version. I had to deliberately missspell psychologist to make it show the correct result _________________ No Haters, No Spies, Just the love 'tween my thighs! |

Thanks for the reply. I do not understand coding, but this is what I get:
[09:34] !g spell: funnie
[09:34] Tcl error [incith::google::public_message]: Unknown option -urlencoding, must be: -accept, -proxyfilter, -proxyhost, -proxyport, -useragent
[09:40] !g define: funny
[09:40] Tcl error [incith::google::public_message]: Unknown option -urlencoding, must be: -accept, -proxyfilter, -proxyhost, -proxyport, -useragent
Again I may be doing some thing wrong, but I know if I don't ask then I won't know.
Thank you again |

I'm not sure if this has been addressed in the previous 25 pages and I apologize if it is and I missed it.
I recently switched from the official incith-google to speechles' one with all the added features, however, when I use Google to convert currencies it not only shows the outcome, but also search results, whereas the original script didn't do this and I would not like it to.
Example: | Code: |
[@xxx] !g 44.99 usd to aud
[+xxxbot] 44.99 U.S. dollars = 72.5879316 Australian dollars
[+xxxbot] Designer Toy Store,Specials, Specials @ http://www.designertoystore.co.uk/products.asp?cat=82
[+xxxbot] 0 Product(s) in cart Total £0.00 » Check @ http://www.continuousink.com/products.asp
[+xxxbot] Epson Continuous ink Systems @ http://www.continuousink.com/products.asp?cat=21 |
Any way to get rid of the search results and only show the converted result?
Thanks. |

Are you sure your using the newest version? Because as you can see above it works in channel, and in pm it shows its traversals. Eventually I will add in the URL it constantly is redirecting to, but for now some countries require the old url, some require the new. So always using the old, you will be redirected to the new and so forth, and for italy this can mean sometimes up to 3-5 redirects to get usable html and not a blank page. Because you see, the newest version handles infinite redirects while the older displayed that message which meant the html body is empty. In redirects this can happen often, and the older versions just displayed that message rather than attempt to traverse. The new version fully traveses also has multiple templates for both old/new servers so ebay should always return something. France above says 2 yet shows 3 because stores are now listed after the auctions if your default allows it. You can also notice above with Italy, it's not exactly picking everything up. 24 results yet only 2 show up (my default is 3), and some with "--" indicating yep a problem. But for the majority always something should be there at the very least.. _________________ speechles' eggdrop tcl archive |
