Well. I changed my vhost and now the bot doesn't recognize me. Is there an easier way to change this apart from deleting all the user files?

Kill the bot and using pico/vi simply edit the *.user file to fix your host and then delete *.user~bak. Restart the bot.

Simple solution might be to just enable the ident command
