I love EggDrop! <3
But, I do not..yet..know how to create my own scripts and I was wondering if there is perhaps a site, board, ebook or what have you that can get me well on my way to learning how to script for EggDrop!
Links would be lovely
Thank you very much ^_^

+ checking out other people's scripts teaches you a lot and of course this community right here is a HUGE learning resource. _________________ Follow me on GitHub

Of course, but one must first know and understand what he is looking for before he can try to read other's works.
Meaning: Since I dont fully understand EggDrop scripting it wouldn't do me any good to take a peak at other's scripts. =\
But thank you for the suggestion |

| Actually thats how I learned, by analyzing someone elses scripts (and fixing them.) If you can figure out the logic in a function, looking up the meanings to the commands/symbols is the easy part. At least for me, some people learn by doing, easier than through reading tutorials. |

Me too more specifically, the Egghelp community was my number 1 tutor. I always tried to understand whatever code people wrote in here (for me or for others) and then I began to learn more by helping others. _________________ Follow me on GitHub
