### whom [channel/*]
Displays a list of users on the current partyline channel.
For example:
Nick Bot Host
---------- --------- --------------------
*Wcc Anakha telnet@xxx.atlaga.adelphia.net [idle 8m]
*Blah Anakha telnet@xxx.atlaga.adelphia.net
Total users: 2
Each user's nickname will be listed in the first column, preceded by a "*"
if they are a bot owner, "+" if they are a master, "%" if they are a botnet
master, or "@" if they are an op. In the next column, the bot the user is
connected to will be displayed. In the third column, the host is shown. If
the user is away, the away message will be shown. Likewise, if they are
idle, their idle time will be displayed.
To see what users are on a different channel, you may specify a channel
number/name. If you specify "*" as the channel, all users on all botnet
channels will be shown.

Hence, Betsy and Ragan have owner privileges, while Crock have master privileges. _________________ NML_375, idling at #eggdrop@IrcNET |

| But I am Ragan and my flags are "jlmoptvx" so obviously I don't have owner on the bots, I have master.. so why do I not have the "+" |

looks like a host issue, Besty@C11108BF.5BE7F0D1.82D6B8E0.IP has the same IP that you do
most likely the bot is confused as to who you are |
