what do you need help on? The error gave you all the info you need. Report the bug as you were directed, download a fresh eggdrop from eggheads, and move on with your life ffs

Read the bug-report file (as the screendump shows...). There you'll find directions on which information, and how to gather it, is needed to even have a chance at locating the cause of the crash.

If you get stuck on any or some of the questions, feel free to ask, and we'll try to help you.
