Hi there,
I reinstalled my server...
So I reinstall the eggdrop that pretty obvious.
When I trying to run the eggdrop, it is missing compress.so
If I were to use the compress.so from the previous server, will it cause any problem? |

You really only need this module if you use the share module. I'd recommend you recomplie the eggdrop and enable to compress module to complie it. As using the module from a differant eggdrop could cause problems. _________________ TCL the misunderstood |

I don't understand what you mean by "enable to compress module"
When I reinstall the server, I recompile and reinstall everything. The only backup I did is the script and eggdrops config and the related scripts' usage folders |

Well for starter's, you really don't have to have it.
On my own set-up I do not have the module either but on a *BSD shell an eggdrop I have compiled does.
