hello , i want a bot to advertise/post/spam something every few mins in a channel i choose. can i do this with eggdrop? or should i do it with something else because as of right now im having alot of trouble setting up a eggdrop. the reason for that is because i do not have a shell account , i do have ftp access tho.

You can run a windrop on your windows machine: Windrop Central.

Then follow the tutorial here: Setting up an Eggdrop
