I would like a tcl for my eggdrop to be able to kill on sight..

What exactly i mean...

I would like through prive message to add/del user on his banned user list with the reason i choose and how many days i want this to last, and the eggdrop should add the user (when i choose to add) to it's notify list and whenever he sees through the notify (pay attention to the *NOTIFY*, i mean what exactly i say, notify (watch list), not from seen the user on a specific channel, just from the notify, when he gets connected) that the user is online, to execute the command /kill nick myreason , and when the days i choose ended, it will notify me to a private channel i choose that the blacklist on $nick expired.. If i choose to delete the blacklisted nick before the days pass, just notify me that it got deleted by request from this nick, on the channel i choose..

It should understand who has permissions to add/del (control) the blacklist through a special flag..

Could you help me on that?

The bot already has oper priviledges. It opers up it self due to connect on the server before joining the channels .
It's a Bahamut server, so there is no limitation on the watch list, notify list..

No i don't want it to check from the local connections because the user may not be from it's server but from another.. i want it to work with it's notify list (on bahamut there are no limitations on the number of people you have in your watch list on the server)
