Okay so one of our shells were down and no one could rejoin on bnc for about an hour, but eventually we all got back on, except for one of my friends who got this:


[09:11p] <-psyBNC> Fri Jan 11 10:41:08 :User Max () trying irc.icq.com port 6667 (stoner.at.work.com).
[09:11p] <-psyBNC> Fri Jan 11 10:41:08 :User Max: cant connect to irc.icq.com port 6667.

Any idea why this is happening with him and not us all?
