two or more eggdrops, can load 1 tcl?

example:

eggdrop1 can load tcl's from : /home/ME/TCL/mytcl.tcl

and

egdrop2 can load the same tcl: /home/ME/TCL/mytcl.tcl

this action make troubles, conflicts between eggdrops?

No, these are completely independent unless the script itself uses some common resources in your machine (for example like the "aplists" file in AllProection will be used by both eggdrops).
