i have a problem connecting to my eggdrop using dcc/ctcp (telnet is ok)

when i try /ctcp botnick chat i receive :
-> DCC Chat from botname rejected (invalid parameters)

when i try dcc chat nothing happens and in the party line the following error shows:

-> DCC invalid port: CHAT from mynick etc..

what should i do ?
