This is what happens when I use " secnews.tcl 1.1.0 by strikelight "

Does anyone know why this is happening and/or a way to fix it?

I have seen this script working and its great.

secnews.tcl is busted... I haven't publically updated it in eons...
I suggest downloading an rss feed script, and using http://www.securitynewsportal.com/infosyssec/securitynewsportal.rss

You should also use the forums at www.tclscript.com for the scripts you have been posting about lately.
