the !chattr command i tryied everything according to the syntax but he bot always giving me the syntax over and over, im not understading how to use it either the !user or the !chattr pls help ty

People are always confused about this one
Quote:
SYNTAX: !chattr nick/user:<nick/user> <+/-flags>.

means you must specify either nick or user for the following operand in the command. For example if you want to change the flags of a specific nick (who must be present in the channel) then the proper command is:
Quote:
!chattr nick:<nickname> +f

as for a user (a handle), then use:
Quote:
!chattr user:<handle> +f
