hi all, ty in advacne if someone can make this.

i needed a tcl script that on a public command would perform a private msg to a nick, and would only allow 5 msg each 24h from the same nick, would like to be allow to "register" each nickname on it so when sending the msg to the other nick on the public command will identify it with the nick we register him

Example:
***to register someone
!command nick <nicktoreg>

***usign the command
!command nick
(would identify the nick from the one we register on the previous command)
