any 1 can help me to make this script

i wanna add my channel's aop and sop and co-founder in text

so if any 1 of nicks in the tsxt connecting i need my bot to

go pvt to the nick and say : hi $nick u r added in this channel $chan

and in same time let the bot to send notice to the Ops in my channel

telling them .. Hi Ops i Catch $nick out of the chanel Smile

heeeeeelp me if that possible
