What I am looking for is a TCL script to poll an svn repository every x minutes, and display new *patch notes* if any since the last poll, in a channel. I would also like it to change a topic when it polls,

Example:

12Official 10e12ADP IRC Channel 6[ Site:12 http://eadp.ws 6][ SVN: 12? svn6 ][12 Forums/SVN: 3Up12/3Up 6][ Revision:12 49 6]


where it says Revision[color/effect]49[color/effect]] If the scritp plls and the svn reports revision 50 it will auto update the tpic to show the new revision.
