ok i have set require-p 1
so thats not tht prob but when someone that i have opped try to connect to partyline i see this
Refused DCC chat (no access)

i try the ..chattr user|+p #channel and i see this

Channel flags for user on #channel are now +alo

flag +p no valid for everychan, flag +p is a flag global.

try.

.chattr user +p

and u tellme.
