eggdrop failed to connect irc with tsocks under tor?

tsocks supybot and weechat both works, however eggdrop failed to connect irc server wether or not to use ssl connection.
Is it possible to run eggdrop under tor?

eggdrop-1.6.19 with ssl patch under linux.
