Ok Having issues..
most of my bot operators can not DCC or CTCP chat to the bot but get I the msg below when I am ctcp connected to her, it sees there connection but they don't connect then it times out.
I have ports on my router open and forwarded. and told them which ones it is. so they set there Mirc the same. but still no one can do it..

I have one operator that can DCC only to her but not CTCP. I have checked and rechecked addies and everything i can think of.
