Hi, why my eggdrop is so slow to do things such as auto-opping people? Does it only depend on the connection (the bot is in an american shell, but it's logget to an italian server) ? Or is there such option to set ?
I read the eggdrop.conf but didn'find anything useful

P.S. what i mean is that other bots suddenly op people as there join a channel.. on the contrary, mine waits 5 or more seconds before doing that.

check this setting. aop-delay: 5:30 (default setting)
