I would like to know how i disable certain scripts for a channel.

Without any further info on the script(s), best answer I could give you would be to edit the script.

Some authors add various means of limiting the operations to various channels and/or conditions, others don't.
There are means of adding custom settings to your eggdrop, such as enabling/disabling operations on a channel basis, but to make use of those, the script must be made aware of them by the author.
