A public notes system allowing anyone to leave a note to a specified nick.

It looks interesting, and I've been playing around with it.

It will "leave" a message, and "get" the messages. That part seems to be ok.
It will not "erase" them though.

This is the error I see in partyline:
Tcl error [erase_notes]: couldn't create error file for command: no such file or directory

Using Windrop here.

I'm hoping someone can look at the script, and let me know what to change to get it to work under windows.

Should I post the whole script here? If that is ok, I'd be happy to do so.
