can any 1 make this command .
i will add many Ips in text
and if any user connect to the server with ip from the text ,
The Bot will add PERMANENT AKILL .

examlpe :
if i added this ip 2yosida.nagano.ocn.ne.jp
and the nick test connected to the server
my bot will akill him
