I think just with a tcl script could lock channel modes |

| For exemple, i set the modes +nts as "modes locked". And if someone remove some mode, it will set again the mode removed. |

Then simply /dcc chat yourbot and accept the dcc-chat. Then type your password. Welcome to your bot's partyline. Now simply type .chanset #yourchan chanmode +nts (You may need to do this twice depending on how the bot replies as to what the new chanmodes are)

Thanks
I was testing as owner and the bot has allowed. Now i tested with other IP(no owner) and the bot re-sent the mode removed.
