It's possibile Editing file .conf for setting a static port for partyline ?
The bot uses the default's random range of ports (1025 to 65535)
I set a static port: 35
I tried using the command "listen 35 users", but for dcc chats partyline always use random range (1025 to 65535) and not 35.

Check the reserved-portrange setting in your config. It limits which ports may be used for outbound dcc connections.
