as the topicname says i am in need of a simple Gameserver status script

for example a command like this:

!status 127.0.0.1

will give me an output: "Map: coolmap | Playeramount: 5/16"

I dont care if it works only hardcoded as !status and reads ip from a config file or so

just need a working script, please help me
