Is it possible for an eggdrop to connect to DCC Chat without requiring a password?

No, eggdrop requires a password for partyline access. However, it is possible to write a script which can do what you're asking for.

Is it possible to give me an example? Or Link to some Documentation that I could use? I do not mind writing I'm just not sure where to get started.
