Is there any code so that i can make my psyBNC say something once a time ...i don`t want anti-idle .. I want to message someone with some specified messages after some hours...

No.PsyBNC cant work like a bot.

In such case, that would somewhat depend on your shell. Most do provide the date binary, which generally supports formatting (see http://unixhelp.ed.ac.uk/CGI/man-cgi?date ).
