I solved this problem, thanks to my friend!
You have to open config.h.in (before compiling) and replace this code:

#undef HAVE_TCL_THREADS

With this:

#define HAVE_TCL_THREADS

And your Eggdrop will work. Alternatively, you will need to run the eggdrop this way:

./eggdrop -n

But recompiling is the best way Smile
