Hello Jerehakala,
First off, I am by no means an expert at eggdrops. I’ve faced the same problem myself and found two ways to get around it:
1.Try to telnet into your bot, type NEW and follow the next steps. This will make the bot recognise you as its owner and then later you can msg or ctcp it via your client.
2.In my case sometimes even after the above step I was not able to msg or ctcp my bot. Then I re-installed it again and things worked out fine.
My advice may not be the best way out, so please do wait for a response from a better qualified person.
Regards,
FireWarrior.

Once I telnet to it with right port, it asks for nick, and once i type the nick, it says
"Can't telnet until you have a password set.
Connection closed by foreign host."

E: Oh im such a idiot.. *facepalm*
I just typed "New" once it asked the nick and now im making some progress

E2: Everything works perfectly now, except the auto-voice, it doesnt voice anyone :E

The "auto-voice" is for users in eggdrop's userfile, not everyone that joins the channel Smile

Hopefully, youre just asking about making the eggdrop post messages to the channel ...etc

See the following DCC/telnet commands act and say (Example: .help say in DCC/telnet)
