Hey all, if someone could help me that'd be nice.
I receive the following response in the Terminal when running the bot:

Telnet to the bot and enter 'NEW' as your nickname.
OR go to IRC and type: /msg XCP_Bot hello
This will make the bot recognize you as the master.

I'm running Ubuntu 9.10, just if anyone asks.
Now, it says it is connected, yet it does not join my channel. nor the server for that matter. In my eggdrop.conf I have this:
