I got the bot Eggdrop V1.6.15. installed in the shell account on an Unix based server, and the bot to join the channel on the IRC. But the bot doesn't respond to any commands. The script folder has plenty of script files such as weather, seen and others .....
1> Do i need to do anything to activate these script? if yes, what is the command/steps to do so?
2> was there any mistake in installing the bot? |

For starters, scripts are not loaded automatically. You'll have to edit your config-file and add proper 'source' commands. See the end of the example config for examples on how to do this.
Some scripts also require further actions, which would usually be mentioned in the docs or source of that script. _________________ NML_375, idling at #eggdrop@IrcNET |
