I know that you do /ctcp BOT chat, you can load and unload modules through the partyline, but can you do the same thing with .tcl script files?

No, but you can use another script for that purpose - check the second tcl script in the following link:

Thank you very much, Narf. I was having problems making my script work work off an internal switch so this loader will do wonders!
