After searching the archive and forum, I can not find what I am looking for

What I seek is a script that will announce automatically, the new tv shows airing, for example:

[22:51] <bot> Airing in 10 minutes: Comedy Central - The Daily Show 15x107 <> E! - Chelsea Lately 04x126 <> TBS - Lopez Tonight 01x125

I have seen this in a couple irc channels, but can not find any information on it, any help would be greatly appreciated
