How can i set multiple modes that take arguments
without the bot reseting them after a restart

I want to set l 1 and L <#chan>
(that is a redirection workaround since UnrealIRCd doesn't support
/cs redirect)

Sorry but are you actualy wanting to redirect users to another channel if this is the case then their is a module available for unrealircd its called ban redirect which is available on the modules section on the unreal website
