hi, can you please help me with a TCL like:

!quiz - starts the quiz.
puts the questions like a trivia, but without hints or etc. just allows you for ex. 10 seconds to respond.
to memorate your score, and at the end, the bot will tell who won the quiz (based on their scores)
to be like a test
!quit - the quit is stopped (only ops can type !quiz or !quit)
who wins the quiz (who respond correct of most of them) will win something and the bot tells you why (you modinfo what you want to win)
