can anyone enlighten me on .console levels?

I use stats mode for example and to see the traffic on the webstats I set it to

.console +1

Thing is, if you set +2 or +3 etc... it still takes it as another level..

What exactly are these other levels? what do they do? is there any available help for that somewhere?

All those levels are available:

they're not used by eggdrop, they're reserved for scripts (well and modules apparently) to do whatever they want with them
