Hello guys!

I want to create a tcl script that will reply to a public command such as !command TEST. "TEST" would be grabbed from a database (a file). Basically the bot should look inside that file for the "TEST" line and display it on the channel. Can anyone help me accomplish this?

I'm new to this forum so please excuse my noob question.
