I would like a script that will check when a user joins if he has an email define in the bots records, if not - will request him to store an email and record it, if he does - it won't message him.

It will store the email in the record by couning the users in the storage and their nicks next to their emails

like !emails

#1 FreDDy^ <freddy@hotmail.com>
#2 Fox16m <Horray@gmail.co.uk>

So it won't annoy the users when they change nick, it would probably be best to save their hostname to the records I guess?
