Hey everyone.

I'm in need of a tcl (hope this is the right place to do a request, as I'm new).
Someone sent me here for a request, so.. here I am.

If anyone is interested to help me out, here it is what I need:

I need a report tcl who will pass information tough users added in a separated list (witch also should be created in the tcl).

1. The command !report <a name> [comment]
(The bot will save the info received by that command with the reported "a name" the "comment" and "(Reported by: nickname)"

2. The command !report-list
(The bot will give to the user via private/notice what it has on that list)

3. The command !report-erase
(The bot will delete all entries from its list)

4. The command !radd helper (or anything else)
(Add someone with access "helper" in the list, and can use the command !report-list)

5. The command !radd admin (or anything else)
(Add someone with access "admin" n the list, and can use the commands !report-list and !report-erase)

The !report command will be available for anyone.

And all the above commands are available to a global master (at least).
A Syntax will be given to the user via notice if he misses <a name> or <comment> in what he types.

All the replys are sent to the user who type the commands) via notice/privmsg.
