Hi,
so i have problem, i cant connect via telnet!

It's because you havn't set a password yet.
(see http://www.egghelp.org/commands/irc.htm#msg_pass for details on using the PASS msg command)

That helped a bit! but now i have other problem :/

It would seem you did not enter the correct password.
