Hi all!
my channel (#war) need the referee bot to war, when users kick in that channel
If user A kicks user B, referee bot say in channel: " the match A vs B begin"
after 25 kicks for A or B become, if user A winner referee bot will user akick to kicks A and B out of #war .and +b user B for 10s, after 10s will -b.

In the match, after 1 min user A or B not kick, the match will be cancel. And if user B not rekick in the first user A kick, the match will be cancel.
When user A or B win, lost referee bot save and any one can view by !view A, the referee bot say that :"user A have 283 matched, winner 100 and lose 183"
