Hello community,

How i can Script that when i request a sBNC in my channel in IRC that the bot make a new thread at IRC with the Request ( the nickname from the requester, the ident he requested and his email adress ). At the moment when someones request a sBNC in my channel the bot post it at an intern channel but when the admins are offline no admin see when a sBNC was requestet.
