will .20 config work on .19?

i have 10 shells all on different servers some of them are runnong .20 and some of them are running .19 will .20 config files for work on the .19 build?

there shouldn't be problems. the changes aren't that big between version

the only problem ive found is that it says the dccwhois.tcl isnt compatible with .19 but so far everything else works fine
