time specific bans, all bots flood -b

im using a bad word script that sets time specific bans, when it comes time for the ban to expire all 20 of them flood -b, is there any way i can set priority for 1 bot to set -b on time specific bans? ive gotten it worked out for just setting -b on dynamic bans but now this is causing a problem
