I am using the latest version of Bogus Trivia i.e, v2.06.4.4 . It works fine for a while, but after few minutes it starts acting weird. Lemme show you how it looks.

I have been waiting for the reply but i see no progress. If anyone of you are facing the same problem , please post it here and if anyone of you have fix this error let us know. Very Happy

I am running eggdrop v1.6.21, on FreeBSD 7.4-RELEASE-p5

I am having these same issues in addition to its giving the answers before asking the questions.

It will run perfectly through about 8 questions then it buggars up .

it's timer problem probably. when i had the same error, i was restarting the bot and it was fixing the issue.

All current versions of BogusTrivia will Not run on eggdrop v1.6.21

We are working to resolve the timer issues.

At this time the work around would be to run BogusTrivia on eggdrop 1.6.15-1.6.20

All of the above BogusTrivia errors (and many others) are caused by a bug with the utimers command on Eggdrop 1.6.21 . We have reported this bug to the current Eggdrop team and were assured they would track it down as soon as possible. There is nothing I can do to work around this Eggdrop bug.

This same Eggdrop bug will also explain why the rest of your timer driven scripts are also not running so well.

At this time the work around would be to run BogusTrivia on Eggdrop 1.6.15-1.6.20

There is now an official Eggdrop patch to allow BogusTrivia to run on the Eggdrop version 1.6.21 .
