I'm looking for a simple discussion topic script. Not channel topics.

Users recall the current talking point with !topic
Add with !new
change to a random topic with !change (possibly able to recall by number displayed when using !topic)

text file is fine, sqlite would work too as long as there is a simple means for removing inflammatory/malicious topics without too much work.
