my bot is in a channel on irc that has the X bot in it. I do not want my bot to have anything to do with bans what-so-ever. as it is now, any time an op bans someone, my bot immediately unbans that user. how do i fix this?

From DCC Chat/telnet with your bot do a .chanset #yourchan +userbans
