any idea about it ?

i will explain it again

i need the bot to voice active user after 25 lines

like this

‹@Bot› sets mode: +v nick
‹@Bot› ·-[ nick ]-· active user <----- after that the msg is

and after 10 minutes if the voice not active the bot will devoice like this

‹@Bot› sets mode: -v nick
‹@Bot› ·-[ nick ]-· Unactive user <----- after that the msg is

Please avoid bumping your topic, especially when it's weekend.

I get the part where you want the bot to voice someone after 25 lines but I don't quite understood what should actually be monitored to do the devoice.

You should search before you make a request!
Use this script provided in the download link, I made a few years ago. This is what you need.

"Active Chatter"

You can adjust the parameters to change the times and other stuff.
